Trainer, Consultant at Echoing Healthy Ageing.Independent dementia care researcher for University of Northampton, United Kingdom.Amrita ,has been project manager of care improvement project in care home in England . She is Certified Trainer of person centred dementia care from University of Bradford, UK ; Dementia care mapping advance practitioner (an international framework used for training needs analysis, staff development, quality improvement, benchmarking and quality assurance ) and Best practices dementia care from University of Stirling, Scotland. She has designed, delivered training for care staff (dementia care), NHS nurses in England and has internationally published research papers in dementia care.

Dementia Care Companion – Asha Dabhilkar 

Asha is trained Dementia care companion with EHA.Everyday she spends time with people with dementia.They look forward to Asha’s visit as every session is new,innovative where they can create an art piece with Asha,sing songs, reminscence about old good day. Asha devotes her time planning activities for her clients with dementia,her monthly activities plan is created in consultation with Dementia consultant,client’s individual profile.

Asha is an Economics graduate with Master degree in Social work from SNDT.
